Wedding in Vron: an authentic ceremony in Hauts-de-France

On July 31, we organized a wedding in an exclusive Atawa tent: a Tente Silhouette Cristal. The wedding took place at Vergers du Franc Picard, in Vron, Hauts-de-France, on a family farm. Find out more about this magical wedding reception.

Wedding in Hauts-de-France: an enchanting setting

For this wedding in Vron on July 31, the couple wanted a simple, natural setting, but in an original environment, namely a transparent tent. The venue had to be able to accommodate 150 guests, while remaining quite intimate and original. The wedding took place in the middle of nature, on a family farm, and the idea was to completely immerse ourselves in this magnificent environment. To meet our client's needs, we supplied a 220 m² silhouette crystal tent (on a 240 m² floor to create an outdoor terrace).

The silhouette cristal tent has the advantage of blending perfectly into its surroundings, offering guests a superb view of the outdoors during the day and of the starry night at night. What's more, this type of tent offers a wealth of decorating possibilities.

Equipment hire for this elegant wedding

For this wedding in Vron, we worked in collaboration with La Matelote Traiteur, a caterer specialized in organizing receptions in Boulogne-sur-Mer. In addition to the crystal silhouette tent, we set up a 50 m² catering office with two 5 m x 5 m pagoda tents, connected to the tent at floor and roof level.

In terms of lighting, the bride and groom opted for a string of lights under the tent to create a pure, cosy and intimate atmosphere. The lighting set off the natural decor chosen by the couple for their wedding in Vron, and created an enchanting atmosphere for the reception. For the lighting in the catering office, we installed two spotlights to provide a pleasant working environment for our partners at La Matelote Traiteur.
