Chic country wedding: in the heart of nature for an unforgettable union

In September, we participated in the organization of a reception of Chic country wedding in the Yvelines, in Montfort-l'Amaury. For this nature-themed reception, we created a bohemian ambiance, from the structure to the decor, including the furniture and the lighting. Discover our achievements for this Chic country wedding in the Paris region.

A refined bucolic wedding in the Yvelines

For their wedding, this couple wanted to organize a reception chic and refined in Montfort-l'Amaury in the Yvelines (78). The idea was to organize a reception of wedlock inspired by nature so that the evening takes place in a friendly and warm atmosphere.

The organization of this outdoor reception in the Paris region presented many challenges, as the place had particular specificities and constraints. Indeed, the main structure of the evening was installed on the terrace of the private property including trees and stone benches that were impossible to move. It was therefore necessary to integrate them into the decor. Thanks to 3D modeling, we were able to arrange the space calmly by integrating the various elements of the place, while creating an atmosphere that was both natural and elegant. The result lived up to the expectations of the bride and groom and the guests, who spent an excellent evening in a rustic and relaxed atmosphere.

The infrastructures provided by Atawa

For this reception of Chic country wedding, Atawa proposed a turnkey offer including the structure, the floor, the furniture, the decor, the art of the table, the lighting and the energy.

Installing a crystal tent and a wooden floor

For this country reception, we set up a 110 m² crystal tent, which was attached to the house. The crystal tent is a very popular structure for wedding receptions: transparent, it lets in natural light and blends in harmony with the outside environment. At night, the lighting gives it a particular atmosphere, sometimes magical, sometimes romantic.

For the floor, we installed a classic custom-made floor. In order to integrate the two trees and the stone bench, the latter was cut for the occasion. We also installed two access ramps: one on the ground to facilitate access to the tent for guests and one to connect the tent to the house. For the two access ramps, an upgrade was made between the terrace and the ground in order to ensure optimal comfort and safety.

Country furniture for a boho chic reception

For furniture and tableware, our bride and groom opted for country-style elements such as Crossback chairs, rectangular tables, and a Louisiana screen. The aim was for the furniture to blend in with the theme and the ambiance of this Chic country wedding : nature.

For the cocktail dinner, we set up a bar and a cart in the garden to give a touch of authenticity to this reception. romantic.
To decorate the table, a simple and refined white cotton tablecloth was installed combined with a bohemian tableware (Luberon plates and blue tourmaline glasses). The floral decoration on the table completed this country decoration.

An authentic setting to celebrate nature

In order to immerse the decor in the universe of this natural bohemian wedding, we have Dressed the gable of the wood-effect tent thanks to the process ofdigital printing. This printing technology consists of creating high quality prints from digital files using inkjet or laser printers.
We installed a wood-effect decorative skirt to stay in the vegetal and woody theme in order to elegantly hide the space created by the upgrade between the ground and the terrace.

We also designed a partition anchored in the theme to hide the caterer's entrance. To do this, we installed a wooden partition covered with brushed cotton interlining in the same wood effect as on the gable of the tent.
We worked jointly with a florist for whom carried out the plant decoration of the structure.

Lighting and lighting

To create a natural and chic atmosphere, we illuminated the reception area with string lights, installed under the crystal roof along the tent. One spot per tree was installed to illuminate the outdoor vegetation, as well as additional spots at the level of the stairs and bushes in the garden.

For the comfort of the guests, we have completed these installations with a classic forced air heating system.
