48 hours later
Proposal
You will receive your initial personalised proposal as soon as possible. Be sure to check the 'Options' section, where your advisor has curated products and services specifically tailored to your project.
Validation
If the proposal meets your expectations, you can email the signed quote back to your advisor. Signing the quote confirms your commitment, secures the reservation of equipment and logistics, and acknowledges acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions. Minor adjustments can still be made if needed.
Project Technical Oversight
The technical visit is conducted by an Atawa coordinator and our local operations manager. This visit allows us to assess the venue, validate site access points, and evaluate the condition of the land. In certain cases, it may be optional.
1 month before your event
Adjustments
Between the signing of the estimate and up to one month before your event, adjustments are possible—subject to availability—regarding the number of square meters and the quantity of furniture ordered.

For any additional requests, feel free to contact your advisor to discuss options related to the organization of your event.
24/48 hours before your event
Set-up
Our specialized teams visit the event site 1 or 2 days in advance to deliver and assemble the infrastructure outlined in your project. Our tents are installed following strict technical guidelines and by certified professionals.
The big day
Every detail is meticulously managed, ensuring you can enjoy your event with complete peace of mind.
24/48 hours after your event
Dismantling
Our teams arrive at the event site 1 or 2 days after the event to dismantle and retrieve all equipment, including tents, furniture, flooring, sanitation facilities, and more.
