Dive into the heart of the event by viewing the virtual tour

On March 20th, the Tunisian embassy located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris celebrated a special anniversary: the 62 years of the country's independence, obtained on March 20th 1956. Atawa was at the party...

Sixty-two years ago, France ended its protectorate over Tunisia, granting it its independence.  This anniversary was widely celebrated, not only in Tunis but also in Paris, on rue Barbet de Jouy, at the Tunisian Embassy. 200 guests were invited to feast. Atawa hosted them...

Covering the terrace of the Tunisian Embassy

Atawa's mission? To cover the large courtyard of the majestic building and ensure continuity with the reception room.  A new 100m2 crystal tent offering views and light was therefore erected on a floor covered with a red, fleecy carpet. Standing up, the guests helped themselves to the elegant "buffet tables". As the snow had arrived, Atawa had provided oil heating in the tent to keep the guests warm.
Once the sun went down, the lights were brilliantly illuminated with warm, amber light.
In order to move from inside the embassy to the tent without freezing, Atawa designed a custom-made bridge structure to link the tent to the "castle". The challenge? Dealing with the imposing staircase, which was therefore incorporated into the custom-made shelter structure...

Technical constraints to be respected for the success of the event

The main challenges of this mission lay in its technical nature. Indeed, the location was difficult to access and the assembly was complicated, especially because of the staircase. Atawa went to the venue several times and thought of several solutions with the help of numerous 3D models in order to adapt as well as possible to the client's request and the constraints of the venue. A tailor-made event to deal with a unique environment and atypical constraints... Mission accomplished!
