Covered terrace in Neuilly: a tailor-made solution

An original and natural structure to shelter the terrace of Firmenich
 

Every year, Firmenich, a company that creates fragrances for luxury perfume brands, organises a large garden party on the terrace of its building near Paris. Atawa has done everything possible to make the place beautiful and to please the guests.

Installation of an ephemeral structure entirely made of wood

This year again, Firmenich trusted Atawa's teams to organise its traditional garden party. The brief was clear: to highlight the company's creative spirit and surprise the 300 customers and guests present. Once again, Atawa outdid itself.

To innovate and transform the company's terrace in Neuilly into a warm space, Atawa's teams installed an entirely wooded and carefully decorated deck structure. This high-end structure, with its wood-covered aluminium frame, raised a white curtain to let in natural light. Tables covered with white tablecloths, wooden furniture and large parasols completed the terrace layout, while the plant decoration and the guinguette garlands completed the style and the chic and cosy atmosphere of this corporate event.

Throughout the evening, guests were able to refresh themselves at the wine, juice and water bar set up in the middle of the terrace and the DJ kept the guests entertained until the early hours.

A project designed from A to Z by the Atawa teams

Firmenich once again gave Atawa's teams carte blanche to organise its annual garden party, because it had no doubt in their ability to design and implement a corporate event project from A to Z. From the 3D design of the project to the installation of the event structure and decoration on the day, Atawa and its teams were able to demonstrate their creativity and ensure that everything ran smoothly.
