Birthday garden party in Paris: celebrate in an exceptional setting

What better way to celebrate a birthday than to gather all your loved ones together in an enchanting setting? That's exactly what Carine did on May 12, 2023, transforming her Parisian garden into a veritable garden party. With 130 guests, top-of-the-range facilities and a relaxed atmosphere, this was an evening to remember.

A green setting for this anniversary in Paris

Located in the heart of Paris's 16th arrondissement, Carine's garden was transformed into a veritable reception space. Spacious and well laid out, it was the scene of a memorable evening. Guests enjoyed the luxuriant garden all the more as the weather, a gentle accomplice to the evening, bathed the space in light.

Atawa's infrastructure: a blend of elegance and comfort

Atawa, our specialist event equipment rental company, took care of everything. The 187.5 m² Stretch Nomad tent and shade sails added a touch of sophistication, while providing shelter from the sun - or rain! For the flooring, the customer opted for 210 m² of eco-responsible Dandy natural flooring to maintain a natural, relaxed style. 
From the oak furniture to the vintage plates, everything was designed to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. Large tables and matching benches were set up under the Nomade Stretch Tent to meet the demands of a natural, country setting. The buffet and tables were decorated with vintage gold candleholders, grey linen tablecloths and various accessories that added a touch of elegance.
Wood, linen, vintage crockery and silver service all helped to create a simple atmosphere for this anniversary in Paris.

Custom dance floor installation

The atmosphere was both warm and relaxed, in perfect harmony with the spirit of a garden party. A dance floor, set on a cassette floor supported by a metal frame, took pride of place in the center of the vast Stretch Nomade tent, surrounded by tables where guests gathered. Throughout the evening, guests were able to get up and dance, carried away by the music.
To ensure that everyone could savor the moment until the wee hours of the morning, strings of lights were delicately suspended, providing the necessary illumination and adding a touch of magic to this unforgettable evening.

The event took place from May 12 to 14, and we managed the organization from A to Z, enabling Carine to enjoy her birthday to the full. Atawa offered its customer a complete solution, from the tent to the furniture, lighting and crockery. From forks to plates, glasses to decorative elements such as candlesticks and candleholders, right down to the ice buckets, every detail was carefully taken care of.
