Structure
The Reception Tent features an opaque white roof, with curtains and gable tips available in either white or crystal. This versatile tent provides excellent protection from rain and sun, ensuring comfort in all weather conditions. Additionally, the Reception Tent can be equipped with a metal-frame floor for added stability and aesthetic appeal.

Dimensions
The Reception Tent is modular and offers a wide range of design possibilities:

• Standard Widths: 5m, 10m, 15m, 20m (custom widths available upon request)
• For widths exceeding 15m, forklift assistance is required to lift the trusses.
• Length: Composed of spans of 3m and/or 5m.

Covering
The roof of the Reception Tent is typically white, though you can opt for crystal curtains for added transparency. Gable tips are generally white, but if desired, our experts can replace them with crystal gable tips for a more open, airy feel. The covering is waterproof, anti-UV, fireproof, and classified M2 for fire resistance. Its opaque design allows the structure to retain heat quickly and cost-effectively, making it ideal for controlled environments.

Fixing
The Reception Tent is secured by multiple anchor points, with several fixing options available:

• Stakes driven into the ground (where site conditions permit)
• Self-weighted flooring
• Ballast pads (concrete, sand, or water)

Security
The Reception Tent is designed to withstand winds of up to 100 km/h and snow depths of up to 4 cm, ensuring stability and safety. All installations are carried out by approved professionals, adhering to strict technical guidelines.

Approval
We can provide an extract from the Safety Register for our marquees, which are CTS-approved by the relevant authorities, ensuring full compliance with safety regulations for public events.
