FOR THE CELEBRATION OF THEIR UNION, LAURE AND ROMAIN CHOSE A LARGE CRYSTAL TENT ALLOWING THEM TO ENJOY THE SOFTNESS OF A SUMMER EVENING.
A romantic wedding in a private domain
On August 1st, Laure and Romain chose to say yes in a magnificent property located in Maine-et-Loire in the Pays de la Loire region. To celebrate their union, the newlyweds chose to install a large 15 x 30 metre crystal tent to accommodate their 260 guests.
With a side height of 4 metres, the structure was impressive. The transparent structure offered guests an unobstructed view of the family home and its ivy-clad front.
In order to create a natural atmosphere, the bride and groom chose to set up the reception venue on the raw floor with simple and elegant furniture. The banqueting tables were covered with white tablecloths and in the centre were pretty, colourful bouquets of seasonal flowers. The guests were seated comfortably on white square chairs with white seats.
A little originality: the bride and groom chose to gather their close family on a banquet table 6 meters long!
Meanwhile, the chefs and clerks were busy in the 100m2 catering office set up for the occasion and dressed in scratchy cotton, preparing a meal that the 260 guests would remember.
A trusted service provider throughout the event
Before the big party on Saturday evening, the bride and groom welcomed their guests in the grounds of their property for a cocktail reception. For this occasion, several pagoda tents were set up to create a taste market. The guests were finally able to enjoy the buffet on pretty white pedestal tables placed around the area.
In order to free up the space for the evening, the Atawa team was flexible and quick to come and uninstall the pagodas between lunch and dinner.
As for the sanitary facilities, in order to provide a comfortable and odourless aspect, the organiser chose to install two dry sanitary caravans as well as four cabins located in the catering office. To complete the aesthetic, the sanitary facilities were covered in brushed cotton.
Quick response and efficient organisation
The presence of the coordinator during the three days of assembly allowed the newlyweds to take care of other aspects of the event. On the day, he came to supervise the dismantling of the pagodas and the moving of the caravans. As the real organiser of this wedding in Maine-et-Loire, Atawa also took care of the 3D seating plan to have a better overview and to better plan the event. In the end, everyone had a great time. The company was able to meet the needs and requirements of the newlyweds.
