Stand design for a sports event

For the second year in a row, Atawa was asked to design a set of exhibition stands for the 2nd edition of the NextGen trade fair in Meudon, Ile-de-France. For this occasion, Atawa also rented furniture, sanitary facilities and signage.

A global event service for this major sporting event in Ile-de-France

In all, 2,000 to 3,000 participants flocked to the NextGen show in Meudon in the Ile-de-France region, which welcomed two-wheel enthusiasts from all over France last April. This was a major challenge for Atawa, which supported the organisers throughout the preparation of the event. One of the challenges was to improve the infrastructure compared to the first edition, as this time the show had the particularity of allowing visitors to try out the machines on the Easymonneret school circuit. 
As a true partner of the show, Atawa was also responsible for the graphic production of the invitation, the exhibitor allocation plan and the 3D images and videos to promote the show. 

Tailor-made outdoor exhibition stands

To better meet the expectations of the public, the teams proposed, via a 3D model design, 25m2 Pagoda tents installed at the edge of the track. A configuration that allowed easy and quick access to the track tests. Separated by wooden partitions with a black brushed cotton covering, the 25 exhibition stands were fully equipped by Atawa: carpeting, furniture (desks, stools, armchairs, round coffee tables, snack tables, teak lounges, etc.) and printed display panels manufactured and installed by us.

A success for the Nextgen sports fair

In addition to the stands, Atawa rented a 50 m2 canopy at the entrance of the exhibition to welcome visitors, as well as various sanitary facilities. To ensure that the event ran smoothly, Atawa also took care of the electrical distribution and the sound system for the circuit. 
From 15 exhibition stands in 2018, to 25 stands this year, this second edition was a great success with the visitors who were able to alternate between testing and refuelling in a foodcourt, all in a family and friendly atmosphere.
