Birthday at the Château de Villiers-le-Mahieu: a majestic celebration

The birthday reception organized by Anna Titova from the WE CREATE agency in May 2024 will be remembered for years to come. Held in the sumptuous Château de Villiers-le-Mahieu, this exclusive celebration for 70 guests was a logistical and aesthetic success. With a James Bond-inspired theme, every detail was designed to transport guests into the glamorous and sophisticated world of the most famous secret agent in cinema.

An Enchanting Setting

The Château de Villiers-le-Mahieu, located in the charming village of the same name, served as the backdrop for this prestigious event. With its beautiful gardens and historical structures, the venue offers a timeless and luxurious ambiance, ideal for a reception of this scale. Access to the château proved challenging, but the Atawa team rose to the occasion by creating an unloading zone in advance and making trips with forklifts.

Custom Infrastructure by Atawa

To host this birthday evening, a series of orangeries was erected. The main one, a crystal orangery measuring 16x16 meters, formed the heart of the event, while additional white structures served as the catering area, restrooms, and storage. The installation of rolling plates protected the lawn and ensured easy access despite the capricious weather.

Breathtaking Decoration

The James Bond theme was beautifully staged with custom decorations. Seven arch structures adorned with crystal chandeliers and mirrors created a majestic walkway leading to the main orangery. The interior, dressed in pleated cotton and featuring a custom-printed dance floor, immersed guests in an atmosphere reminiscent of 007's grandest casinos.

The 28 chandeliers of varying sizes added an extra touch of glamour, illuminating the room with a soft and elegant glow. Mirrors used to decorate the bridges and arches added visual depth. 

Expertly Managed Logistics

The success of this event also relied on meticulously orchestrated logistics. Catering equipment included a refrigerated truck and several additional refrigerators, ensuring the freshness of the food served. The luxuriously appointed black indoor restrooms provided all necessary comforts with self-contained modules equipped with tanks.

To counteract the unpredictable weather, patio heaters were delivered express, ensuring guest comfort despite the incessant rain. The electrical distribution, powered by several generators, maintained a welcoming and well-lit ambiance throughout the evening.
